Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Eligible products include unused, unassembled furniture and decor with original tags/packaging. Final sale items (custom art, clearance) are non-returnable. Proof of purchase required. Start returns at service@zoemist.com.
Return Process
Initiate returns by emailing service@zoemist.com with your order number and reason. We’ll provide a return authorization (RMA) and instructions. Securely repackage items—improper packaging voids eligibility. Drop off at approved carriers using our prepaid label (fees may apply).
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect returns. Original payment method is credited; store credit is optional. Deductions apply for damage, missing parts, or restocking (15% for large furniture). Allow 3-10 days for bank processing.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom/made-to-order pieces (e.g., personalized wall art), lighting with electrical components, clearance items, and opened bedding cannot be returned. Sale items are returnable for store credit only. Contact service@zoemist.com for exceptions due to defects.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report defects within 48 hours. Provide photos/videos to service@zoemist.com. We’ll cover return shipping and replace the item or issue a full refund. For minor defects, partial refunds may be offered if you keep the product. Do not return without authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). Prepaid labels are provided for defective items; costs are deducted from refunds for other returns. Oversized items may incur freight fees—confirmed before return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size/color changes within 30 days. Email service@zoemist.com with your order number and desired item. You’ll pay price differences and reshipping fees. Exchanges ship after we receive the original item. Unavailable items trigger refunds.
Return Condition Requirements
Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact. Furniture must be unassembled. Stains, odors, or alterations void eligibility. Washable textiles (curtains, pillows) must be unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse non-compliant returns.
Store Credit Option
Opt for store credit instead of refunds for faster processing. Credits are issued via email as a unique code, valid indefinitely on zoemist.com. Ideal for exchanges or future purchases. Credits cover taxes but not shipping fees. Non-transferable.
Warranty Claims
Manufacturer warranties cover structural defects in furniture (1 year) and lighting (6 months). Claims require proof of purchase and defect documentation. Email service@zoemist.com for assistance. Warranties exclude normal wear, misuse, or non-home decor applications.
