Acceptance of Terms
Using zoemist.com constitutes agreement to these Terms. They govern purchases, site access, and content use. “We/us” refers to zoemist.com; “you” is the user. Amendments are binding upon posting. Non-compliance may suspend access.
Account Registration
Accounts require accurate details (name, verified email). You’re responsible for login security and all account activity. Use strong passwords and report breaches to service@zoemist.com. We may suspend accounts for fraud or policy violations.
Product Information
Home decor items (art, furniture, textiles) are depicted as accurately as possible. Slight color/texture variations may occur due to screens/materials. Dimensions are approximate—measure your space before ordering. Custom items are non-cancellable post-production.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are in USD. Sales tax applies based on shipping address. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors (e.g., $199 sofa listed as $19.90). Payment methods: credit/debit cards. Failed payments cancel orders. Contact service@zoemist.com for billing disputes.
Order Acceptance
Orders are offers to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we ship items or send order confirmations. We may cancel orders for stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud risks—refunds issued promptly. Freight items require adult signature confirmation.
Intellectual Property
All site content (logos, product designs, text) is owned by zoemist.com or licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or exploit decor designs without written permission. User-generated content (reviews) grants us a license to display it on our platforms.
User Conduct
Prohibited: hacking attempts, fraudulent purchases, or uploading malware. Reviews must be truthful and non-defamatory. We may remove abusive content. Commercial use (e.g., bulk buying for resale) requires prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
zoemist.com isn’t liable for incidental damages (e.g., decor unsuitable for your space). Liability caps at your order’s value. We’re not responsible for carrier delays or manufacturer defects covered under warranties.
Termination
We may terminate accounts for breaches (e.g., chargebacks, harassment). You may close accounts via service@zoemist.com. Termination voids outstanding credits. Surviving clauses: intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes must be resolved in Florida courts. Small claims may be filed in your jurisdiction. We prioritize arbitration for U.S. customers via the American Arbitration Association.
